Karla Colthurst Smc

Karla Colthurst has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Karla started their career as a Secretaria Executiva at the company Vale in 2007. Karla then worked as a Project Contract Analyst at Nokia Siemens Networks from 2007 to 2011, where they were involved in cost and revenue estimation, project monitoring, and coordination of purchase orders.

From 2011 to 2013, Karla served as a Contract Manager at Huawei, overseeing the implementation of a project and managing the Huawei/Oi contract. Karla was responsible for cost management, revenue management, and team coordination.

Karla then worked as a Senior Consultant at BETWEEN DO BRASIL in 2014, followed by a role as Deputy Venue Technology Manager at the Rio 2016 - Comitê Organizador dos Jogos Olímpicos e Paralímpicos, where they managed the venue technology team, assets, and risks during the Rio 2016 project.

In 2017, Karla became the CEO of OrganeasyBR, and they held the position until 2019. During this time, they focused on the overall management of the company.

Karla joined DISYS Brasil in 2019 as a Service Desk Manager before moving to Nexa Tecnologia in the same year. At Nexa Tecnologia, they worked as a Project Coordinator, overseeing various projects such as PC Migration, Leasing Management, and Procurement support.

From 2020 to 2022, Karla worked as a Project Manager at Algar Tech, where they were responsible for managing projects and ensuring their successful completion.

Currently, Karla is working as a Delivery Lead at Ceptis since January 2022.
