Nic Lechner

Nic Lechner serves as the Director of Customer Success at Cequence Security since May 2021, demonstrating a strong commitment to enhancing customer relationships and service quality. Previously, Nic Lechner spent eight years at MobileIron, ascending through various roles, including Senior Operations Manager for Technical Support - CS, where a focus on productivity, automation, and global consistency was emphasized to drive efficiencies and cost savings for a global team. Nic Lechner also managed a team of Technical Support Engineers and played a key role in establishing a global SaaS team. Earlier experience includes leading a service center team at Aerojet Rocketdyne, providing support to 3,500 internal users in a demanding DOD environment.
