Shreyans Mehta

Shreyans Mehta is the Co-Founder and CTO at Cequence Security. Shreyans was previously with Symantec Corp from September 2003 to September 2014 where they were an Architect / Technical Director, responsible for developing network-based anti-malware technology. Shreyans is a hands-on technical leader experienced in building endpoint and appliance based network security technologies. Shreyans is also an expert in Network Security Technologies: Intrusion Prevention Systems (IPS), Web Application Firewall (WAF) and other general networking technologies. Shreyans built the IP/Domain/URL reputation backend system using big data analytics on the large scale telemetry data from Symantec customers. Prior to Symantec, they were with VPN Dynamics as a Software Engineer from April 2002 to August 2003 and also with Microsoft Corporation as a Software Design Engineer / Test from May 2001 to December 2001. Their career started with Wipro Infotech as a Software Engineer from July 1999 to August 2000.

Shreyans Mehta's educational career includes a MS in Computer Science from the University of Southern California, as well as a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science from the Pune Institute of Computer Technology.

Their manager is Ameya Talwalkar, President, Chief Executive Officer & founder. They work with Anil Pochiraju - Vice President, Customer Success, Daniel Weaver - VP, Americas Sales, and Subbu Iyer - VP, Product Management.
