Ashraf O. has a diverse work experience spanning several decades. Ashraf began their career at IBM Egypt in 1982, holding various positions in multiple countries until 1998. From 1997 to 2002, they worked as an IT Consultant, providing freelance consulting services. In 2011, they became the Middle East Territory Manager at Quota, where they developed the brand for the Quota sales performance system in the Middle East region. Ashraf also managed a network of distributors and conducted sales training and consulting sessions. In 2014, Ashraf founded their own company, Ashraf Osman Sales Effectiveness Services (AO-SES), where they served as a Sales Effectiveness Coach. Ashraf'sresponsibilities included coaching sales leaders and executives, conducting strategy development sessions, and providing training on advanced sales skills and key account management. In 2019, Ashraf joined the Egyptian National Post Office as a Board Member for their subsidiary, WAVZ. Currently, they hold the position of VP, Commercial Strategy Execution at CEQUENS, a role they assumed in May 2022.

From 1972 to 1977, Ashraf O. attended Alexandria University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Computer Science & Automatic Control.
