Abby Williams

Abby Williams is a customer care advocate at CeQur since June 2022, bringing extensive experience in the pharmaceutical and healthcare sectors. Previously, Abby served as a pharmacy technician at Albertson's/Sav On Pharmacy, where responsibilities included managing prescription administration and resolving patient complaints to enhance satisfaction. Abby has also taught medical specialties at Stevens-Henager College, creating engaging course materials to prepare students for medical careers. Additional experience includes roles as a patient care coordinator at Maple Mountain Specialty Pharma, where Abby successfully identified cost-saving opportunities for patients, and as a durable medical equipment billing specialist at Art City Pharmacy, overseeing billing accuracy and patient assessments.
