Bob Fallis

Bob Fallis is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the automotive sector. Currently serving as Chief Executive Officer at CER Group NA since 2003, Bob has led the company through significant expansion beyond its original focus on engineering services and staffing support for Tier 1 automotive clients, incorporating additional services such as third-party containment, light assembly, and metal finishing. Prior to this role, Bob held the position of Director of Business Development and Project Planning at Magna Car Top Systems from 2000 to 2016, where responsibilities included developing business opportunities and negotiating final contracts. Bob also gained valuable experience at DaimlerChrysler as a Catia Design Engineer and at ASC Incorporated, where leadership encompassed project management and design engineering for various automotive projects. Educationally, Bob attended Macomb Community College from 1982 to 1984.
