Javier Irizarry has a strong background in sales and business development within the telecommunications industry. Javier has held various leadership positions at Ceragon Networks and Nokia. At Ceragon Networks, Javier has been instrumental in transitioning the sales culture towards a value sales focus and has helped in expanding relationships with strategic client accounts. Prior to Ceragon Networks, Javier worked at Nokia, where they secured new business and strengthened client engagement throughout the Caribbean and Central America region. Javier also led sales teams, nurtured relationships with international clients, and drove profitability for the organization. Throughout their career, Javier has demonstrated abilities in achieving sales goals, implementing cost reduction initiatives, and mentoring high-performing sales executives.

Javier Irizarry holds an Executive Certification in Leading and Managing Globally from Yale School of Management, which they obtained in 2015. Javier completed their MBA in Technology Management at the University of Phoenix from 2000 to 2002. Prior to their MBA, Javier Irizarry earned a BSEE in Telecommunications Engineering from the University of Puerto Rico at Mayaguez, completing their studies from 1991 to 1997.
