Mark Pelletier has extensive work experience in the telecommunications industry. Mark started their career at Avaya in 1998 and held various leadership roles, including VP of Sales and VP of Services. In 2002, they became the VP of Customer Care before transitioning to the role of Director of Distribution in 2006.
In 2010, Mark joined Avaya again and served as the Regional Channel Leader Midwest, West and later as a National Channel Account Manager, supporting CDW. From 2013 to 2017, they worked as the National Channel Account Manager, focusing on growing revenue with key resellers and driving business planning and strategic development.
Since 2017, Mark has been with Ceragon Networks, where they first served as the Sr. Director of Channels - North America. In this role, they led the sales and business development efforts to support distributors, resellers, system integrators, and alliance partners across all vertical markets. In 2021, they transitioned to their current role as the Vice President of Sales, where they are responsible for leading the business to execute comprehensive GTM strategies and increase profitable growth for Ceragon.
Throughout their career, Mark has demonstrated strong leadership skills and a focus on driving revenue growth and strategic development within the telecommunications industry.
Mark Pelletier attended California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo from 1981 to 1986. Mark studied Business, focusing on Management Information Systems.
