Yoav Heiman

Yoav Heiman is an experienced engineering professional with a strong background in FPGA design and team leadership. Currently serving as the System Engineering Team-Leader at Ceragon Networks since November 2020, Yoav previously held roles such as FPGA Design Team Leader at Elbit Systems Ltd and MRV Communications, where responsibilities included managing teams of FPGA designers and overseeing complex projects. Yoav's tenure at Ceragon Networks began in 2005, culminating in leadership positions and hands-on design work. Earlier experience includes hardware design engineering for the Israel Defense Forces. Yoav holds an MBA in Finance from Bar-Ilan University and a B.Sc in Engineering from the Jerusalem College of Technology.
