Currently serving as the Chief Operational Officer at CeramicSpeed Sport A/S since March 2018, Madsen oversees all production areas, logistics, quality management, and the planning department, while also being a member of the executive board. Prior roles include Senior Operations Manager at CeramicSpeed Sport, Manager of Manufacturing Technology at Siemens Gamesa, and Production Manager at Ide Pro Skive A/S, where Madsen honed expertise in optimizing production processes, managing large teams, and implementing quality management systems. Madsen's academic credentials include a Bachelor’s degree in Production Engineering from Aarhus University.

CeramicSpeed was founded by Jacob Csizmadia, who was the first person to introduce ceramic bearings to the world of professional cycling, back in 2000. Jacob personally supervises upgrades of bicycles for professional teams and individual racing enthusiasts, to ensure unsurpassed quality, performance and high value.
