Carolin Kroez

Carolin Kroez has extensive experience in people development and human resources, currently serving as an Expert in People Development & Learning at CeramTec since February 2020. Previous roles at CeramTec include Business Partner for Personnel Development and Human Resources Specialist, focusing on personnel management and apprenticeship. Earlier career experiences include positions as a Legal Assistant and Human Resources Intern, as well as a Research Assistant in the International Office at Hochschule für Wirtschaft und Umwelt Nürtingen-Geislingen. Carolin's academic background includes a Bachelor of Science in International Business Administration from Nürtingen-Geislingen University, along with various international educational experiences in China, South Korea, and the United States.
