Jan Philipp Mync-Kohlschmidt serves as the Vice President of Operations Medical at CeramTec – Die Keramik-Experten since October 2021. Prior experience includes serving as the Director of Operations at Kavo Dental GmbH, where significant productivity improvements were achieved through lean management techniques. Previously, a tenure at Stryker included roles ranging from Senior Manager Operations to Senior Manager Manufacturing Engineering, during which extensive operational restructuring, inventory reduction, and implementation of various management systems were successfully executed. Jan Philipp holds a Diplom-Ingenieur in Biomedizintechnik/Medizintechnik from Technische Hochschule Lübeck and a Master of Science in General Management from FernUniversität in Hagen.
