Matthias M.

Matthias M. started their career at Paul Rauschert Steinbach GmbH in 2014 as a Project Engineer and completed their Master Thesis before moving to CoorsTek, Inc. in 2016. At CoorsTek, they worked their way up from Assistant Quality Manager to Senior Quality Manager. In 2023, they transitioned to CeramTec – The Ceramic Experts as the Director of Quality Management.

Matthias M. completed their Bachelor of Engineering in Materials Engineering from Technische Hochschule Nürnberg Georg Simon Ohm in 2013 after starting their studies in 2009. Matthias went on to earn their Master of Engineering in Materials Engineering with a focus on New Materials, Nano- and Surface-Technology from the same institution in 2014. Prior to this, they completed a Kaufmannsgehilfenbrief in Foreign and wholesale trade management from the German Business College in Hong Kong between 2002 and 2004. Matthias also obtained various certifications including Quality Manager, Metrologist, Automotive Core Tools, and more from institutions like Technische Akademie Wuppertal E.V. and Deutsche Gesellschaft für Qualität (DGQ).
