Sarah Schairer

Sarah Schairer currently serves as a Project Manager for Production IT at CeramTec – Die Keramik-Experten since June 2023. Previously, Sarah held roles at CeramTec as a Werkstudent in Lean Management and completed a thesis focused on the conceptualization of a tracking system for individual components using modern Industry 4.0 technologies in the ceramic industry. Additionally, Sarah has experience from Kärcher, where a thesis in product management was completed, as well as previous roles in various positions, including a holiday job at Schairer Metallverarbeitung GmbH and an internship in Lean Production at MAHLE. Sarah earned a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering with a specialization in Digitalization from Karlsruhe University of Applied Sciences and a Bachelor of Engineering in Industrial Engineering from Hochschule Esslingen - University of Applied Sciences, complemented by an international semester at Nanyang Technological University Singapore.
