Holly Smith has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Holly began their career at Home Depot - Loveland where they held the position of Head Cashier from 2003 to 2006. In 2008, they joined Thermo Fisher Scientific as a Supervisor of High Throughput Production, overseeing the synthesis, quality control, and post-processing of high throughput oligonucleotides. Holly later became the Supervisor of Finished Goods, managing a large inventory and a team of five direct reports. Since 2012, Holly has been working at Cerapedics Inc., starting as a Manufacturing Supervisor and progressing through various positions including Operations Manager, Director of Manufacturing, Director of Operations, and Senior Director of Operations & Logistics. Currently, they hold the role of Vice President of Operations at Cerapedics Inc.
Holly Smith pursued their education at Colorado State University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Biochemistry between 2002 and 2005. Later, they went on to complete a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from the same university, completing their studies between 2012 and 2015.
