Josef Vance

Josef Vance has a comprehensive work experience spanning several companies and roles. Josef started their career in 2001 at Henry Ford Health System as part of the Bone and Joint Center. Josef then worked at Orthovita, where they served as a Product Development Engineer from July 2004 to August 2005 and later as a Senior Product Marketing Manager from August 2005 to January 2011.

In 2011, they joined Orthovita / Stryker Orthobiologics as a District Sales Manager for a year. In 2012, they became a Partner at East Coast Biologics, a position they held until November 2016.

Josef then moved on to Cerapedics, where they took on various leadership roles. From November 2016 to January 2020, they worked as the Area Director for the Southeast region. Following that, they held the position of VP of US Marketing and Sales Operations from January 2020 to July 2022. Most recently, they have been serving as the VP of US Sales Operations and Training from July 2022.

Josef Vance attended Michigan Technological University from 1997 to 2002, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Biomedical Engineering. Josef later returned to the same university from 2002 to 2004 and obtained a Master of Science degree in Materials Science and Engineering.
