Andy Blondeel has over 10 years of experience in IT support and infrastructure roles. Andy started their career in 2012 as an IT Service Engineer at Econocom-Osiatis, where they provided 1st, 2nd, and 3rd line support for users in Belgium and Luxemburg. Andy'sresponsibilities included troubleshooting hardware and software issues, as well as managing user accounts and assets. In 2017, they worked as an IT Support Consultant at Core-Origins for a brief period. Currently, they are working at Cerba Research as a Workplace Engineer and Lab IT Support, starting in 2023.
Andy Blondeel obtained a Certificate for PC technician from Syntra in the field of Information Technology, studying from 2010 to 2011. Prior to that, they attended Don Bosco Halle in Belgium from 2000 to 2007, although the degree name and field of study are not specified. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained an ITIL Foundation certification from EXIN your ICT competence partner in July 2017, and a MCSA: Windows Server 2016 - Certified 2017 certification from Microsoft.
