Jenny Williams has a diverse work experience in the field of research and project management. From 2012 to 2022, they worked as a Research Technician at the University of Leeds, where they were involved in various projects related to immune checkpoint targeting in melanoma brain metastases and pregnancy complications. Their responsibilities included managing budgets, purchasing and procurement, training and supervising staff and students, and performing experimental work using cell culture, molecular biology techniques, and flow cytometry. Jenny also gained experience in managing clinical trials during the Covid 19 pandemic while on secondment to the NHS. In this role, they processed infectious samples, managed large numbers of samples and standard operating procedures, and ensured meticulous record-keeping and adherence to protocol. Jenny's work experience showcases their expertise in project management, technical skills, and adaptability to different research settings.
Jenny Williams attended West Kirby Grammar School for Girls from 2000 to 2007. Jenny then went on to study Medical Biology with a focus on Human Biology at The University of Huddersfield from 2007 to 2011.
