Adam Schacter

Mr. Schacter is a Managing Director for Cerberus Business Finance, the Firm’s middle-market direct lending platform.

Prior to joining Cerberus in 2014, Mr. Schacter was an Assistant Vice President in the Capital Equipment Finance Group at CIT where he was responsible for underwriting loans and leases secured by the equipment.  Prior to his role in the Capital Equipment Finance Group, Mr. Schacter was in the Problem Loan Management Group where he managed a portfolio of distressed senior cash flow and asset-based loans.

Mr. Schacter graduated from Emory University’s Goizueta Business School.
