Anna Siakotos

Ms. Siakotos is General Counsel for Europe at Cerberus Operations and Advisory Company, the Firm’s industry-leading operations platform. Based in London, Ms. Siakotos advises on transactions and general corporate matters for Cerberus and its portfolio companies, with a focus on Europe and emerging markets.

Prior to joining Cerberus in 2018, Ms. Siakotos held senior legal positions at several multinational companies, most recently at Millicom International Cellular SA. Before that, she practiced law for seven years at Debevoise & Plimpton LLP in New York and London, where she advised clients on M&A and financing transactions.

Ms. Siakotos received her J.D. with honors from the Moscow State University School of Law. She also holds an LL.M. degree in Corporation Law from the New York University School of Law, where she was a Hauser Global Scholar. Ms. Siakotos was listed on The Legal 500’s GC Powerlist: Africa in 2017, which recognizes the most influential and innovative in-house counsel in the region.
