Justin Byrne

Mr. Byrne is a Managing Director for Cerberus Business Finance, the Firm’s middle-market direct lending platform. He is responsible for various aspects across the lending platform and is also active in select turnaround positions for the portfolio.

Prior to joining Cerberus in 2018, Mr. Byrne was a Senior Vice President at Imperial Capital, LLC in its investment banking practice, primarily focusing on special situation financing and M&A transactions, in addition to a range of advisory assignments. From 2008 to 2010, Mr. Byrne worked at FTI Consulting in the Corporate Finance practice, where he was responsible for advising underperforming companies, along with their lenders and creditors.

Mr. Byrne graduated from Boston College.
