Scott Paley has over 15 years of experience in business development and strategic partnerships. In 2006, they began their career at The Hermosa Group, Inc. as a Business Development & Marketing Manager. In 2007, they moved to Walua Rising, Inc. as a Global Business Development & Sales Manager. From 2009 to 2015, they worked at Fuhu Inc. in various roles, including Director of Business Development, Global Partnerships & Product, Senior Manager of Business Development & Licensing, and Manager of Business Development. In 2015, they joined Mattel, Inc. as a Corporate Strategy/ Business Development & Strategic Global Partnerships Manager. In 2018, they became President of Staircase Digital, a Growth Advisory focused on user acquisition through social media. Currently, they are the Vice President of Business Development at Atlas Reality, Inc., a company that pioneers owning virtual real estate mirrored on top of the real world on the mobile-first form factor.
