Jimmy Tran has a diverse professional background, having worked in various roles at a number of companies since 2007. In 2007, they were a Founder and Director of Hoya Challenge at Georgetown University, as well as a Customer Information Specialist at the Career Education Center. In 2008, they Co-Founded College Life, LLC and was a New Business Development Summer Intern at Q Mixers. In 2010, they were a Summer Management Intern at Hillstone Restaurant Group. From 2011 to 2014, they worked at Accenture as a Consultant and Business Analyst. From 2014 to 2019, they worked at Peer Insight as a Director, Engagement Manager, Senior Innovation Consultant, and Design Strategist, User Researcher. In 2020, they were a Sr. Innovation Strategist at Con Edison. In 2021, they were an Experience Designer Lead (Service Design) at PNC. Currently, they are a Lead Design Researcher at Cerby. During a sabbatical career break in 2019, they completed a Bubble.io bootcamp, explored generative research and synthesis, and traveled with their wife.
Jimmy Tran attended Georgetown University from 2007 to 2011, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting.
