Gerry Hammarth has over 35 years of experience in finance and accounting. Gerry began their career in 1984 as an Analyst at St. John Knits, where they monitored and evaluated operating performance of six production facilities. In 1991, they moved to J. Crew as a Senior Financial Analyst, where they were responsible for financial planning & analysis of a $200 million catalogue division. In 1993, they became the Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis at AST Computer, where they directed worldwide planning activities. In 1997, they moved to Powerwave Technologies as the Director of Finance and Controller, where they were responsible for accounting and finance operations during a period of company growth from $60 million to $450 million in sales. In 2002, they joined Masimo Corporation as Vice President of Finance and in 2009 they were promoted to Senior Vice President of Finance. At Masimo, they had responsibility spanning all areas of finance and accounting, including developing internal competencies in general accounting, cost accounting, technical accounting, SEC reporting, tax planning, and internal audit. Gerry helped the company grow from $40 million to $450+ million and to prepare for a successful transition to a public company. In 2013, they joined Cercacor Laboratories, Inc. as the Chief Financial Officer.

Gerry Hammarth received their MBA from The Wharton School in the field of Finance and their BA from Stony Brook University in Psychology.
