Franck Desevedavy

Franck Desevedavy currently serves as President of AFCDE - Association Franco-Chinoise de Droit Économique since June 2024 and holds the position of Vice-President at APPEAL-E from December 2021. Additionally, Franck serves as 1st Vice-President in charge of development in China at AFCDE since June 2021 and has been a Managing Partner at Asiallians Attorneys since October 2010. Franck is also a Founding Member and Delegate for China at Cercle K2, an Arbitrator at the Shanghai International Arbitration Center and CCI PARIS, and a Counselor for Foreign Trade in Taiwan since January 2004. The academic background includes degrees from prestigious institutions such as the Barreau de Paris, National Taiwan University, and University of Paris I: Panthéon-Sorbonne, with specialties in law and international private law.
