Zack Miller

Zack Miller is the current Head of Customer Success at Cerebra. Prior to this, they were the Director of Operations at Figg from December 2020 to August 2021. Zack was also the Director, Publisher Success at Figg from April 2020 to December 2020.

Zack has over 10 years of experience in operations and customer success. Zack has a proven track record of leading and developing teams, as well as improving processes and driving results. Zack is passionate about helping companies scale and grow, and is excited to be a part of the Cerebra team.

Zack Miller has a MBA from the University of San Diego and a BS from UCLA. Zack also has a certification from the University of California San Diego in Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (ICGB).

They are on a team with Eileen Bosman - Head of Content, Adrian Pascu - Customer Success Manager, and Audrey Duet - Head of Product. Their manager is Vehbi Deger Turan, CEO & Founder.
