Zoe McKinstry

Manager Training And Development at Cerebral Palsy Alliance

Zoe McKinstry is an experienced professional in the disability and community services sectors, currently serving as the Manager of Training and Development at Cerebral Palsy Alliance since March 2020. In this role, Zoe develops and delivers training programs, oversees the assessment of nationally recognized qualifications, and creates online learning solutions in response to the COVID pandemic. Prior to this, Zoe was a TAFE NSW Teacher from January 2019 to April 2023, where responsibilities included teaching community services courses and collaborating with other educators. Zoe's earlier experience includes managing Out Of Home Care (OOHC) training at The BURDEKIN Association, coupled with a role as a Senior Case Manager, providing direct support and assessments for individuals and families. Zoe holds a degree in Social Work from Charles Sturt University and a certification in Mental Health First Aid obtained in July 2022.
