Brandy Howell

Brandy Howell is an experienced professional currently serving as the Training and Development Manager at Harrington Industrial Plastics since January 2021. In this role, Brandy partners with leadership and stakeholders to analyze, design, and deliver training programs that meet business needs and align with company culture. Prior experience includes positions at Ferguson Enterprises, where Brandy held various roles from IT Product Manager to Trainer IV, establishing training programs and managing teams for systems and reporting projects. Brandy holds a Master of Science in Instructional Design and Technology from Walden University and a Bachelor's degree in Journalism with a focus on Public Relations from Western Kentucky University.
