Stephanie Russo-Pastilha, MPA, LMSW, serves as the Associate Executive Director of Administrative Operations and Quality Management at Cerebral Palsy of Westchester since March 2004, overseeing a multi-service nonprofit organization with 450 staff and a $27 million operating budget. Responsibilities include directing Human Resources, Staff Training, Quality Assurance, Corporate Compliance, Information Technology, and Development and Fundraising Departments, along with partnering with the CEO and Executive Team on Human Resources strategic goals. Previous roles include Program Supervisor for the Family Based Treatment Program at Cardinal McCloskey Services, Medical Social Worker at Burke Rehabilitation Center, and Senior Social Worker at Abbott House. Education includes a Master’s in Public Administration from Marist College, a Master’s in Social Work from Fordham University, and a Bachelor of Science from Iona University. Additionally, participation in Leadership Westchester has been ongoing since 2009.
