Lindsay Hylek

Lindsay Hylek serves as the Vice President of Operations at Cerebral, with prior experience as Senior Director of Behavioral Healthcare Operations. Hylek held multiple leadership roles at Resilience Lab, including Senior Director of Clinical Operations and Chief of Staff. Additionally, Hylek was a member of Operators Guild and worked as a Healthcare Consultant at the Institute for Contemporary Psychotherapy. Earlier career highlights include a position as Research Scientist at New York University and General Manager roles at both Harvard Medical School and Massachusetts General Hospital, as well as Oregon Health and Science University. Hylek has an MBA from Columbia Business School, an MS from Columbia University, and a BA from Colby College, along with studies at MIT Sloan School of Management and London Business School.
