Eyad Khalifeh, PhD has a long and varied work experience. Eyad began their career in 1998 as Project Coordinator at the Ramallah Chamber of Commerce and Industry. In 2000, they moved to Bochum Chamber of Commerce where they served as Project Coordinator until 2005. During this time, they were responsible for mediating between Arab and German companies, organizing workshops that promoted foreign trade and business delegations, and maintaining relationships and commercial contact between Arab Embassies in Germany and Bochum Chambers of Commerce. In 2005, they became Deputy Manager at Palestine Trade Organization, where they were responsible for promoting Palestinian products from 260 factories to 40 countries, as well as a Market Entry Program for 25 companies and training programs for 55 companies. From 2010 to 2014, they were CEO and Cofounder of Ibex Investment Company and Expert City Inc., where they developed strategic plans, launched two international education programs, and created and led public relations and training programs. In 2014, they began working as a Senior Business Consultant at Philadelphia Financial Examination and Consultation, a role they held until 2015. From 2015 to 2021, they were Academic Coordinator of Strategic Planning Diploma Program at UNOPS and Al-Quds University, where they designed and evaluated learning outcomes for the program, developed strategies and tools for facilitating and assessing student learning, and developed strategies and tools to assess student performance. Eyad currently serves as Director of Customer Success at Cerebri AI.

Eyad Khalifeh, PhD has a diverse educational background. Eyad obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Yarmouk University in 1996, followed by a Master of Business Administration from Al-Quds University in 2000. In 2004, they completed their Doctor of Philosophy in Business Administration and Management from Amman Arab University. In 2018, they received a Certificate in Adult and Continuing Education and Teaching from Sheridan College, as well as a Certificate in Online Teaching and a Certificate in Data Science. Additionally, they hold a High Diploma in International Trade consultancy from Carl Deusberg Gesselschaft, obtained in 2001.
