Christina Geiger

Christina Geiger has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Christina started their career as a Recruitment Trainee at HEADSAHEAD GmbH, where they focused on staff management positions and advisory roles. Their responsibilities included creating and processing candidate profiles, managing projects, and handling client appointments. Christina then joined Voi Technology as a Recruitment Assistant and progressed to become a Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist, Talent Acquisition Partner, and finally a Human Resources Generalist. In these roles, Christina shifted their focus from talent acquisition to improving the work environment and conditions for internal employees. Christina also worked at Cerecaptio as a People & Culture (HR) Manager and is currently working at Fastems Systems GmbH as an HR Specialist, where they are part of a team that develops innovative automation solutions for clients across various industries.

Christina Geiger attended the University of Duisburg-Essen from 2014 to 2018, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration.
