Nathan Rood is an experienced Application Support Analyst currently employed at CereCore since May 2019, where expertise includes providing Level 2 application support for Legal Health Record and Coding & Reimbursement applications. Prior to this, Nathan served as an Associate Application Support Analyst and Associate Application System Analyst at Community Health Systems, focusing on identity management, user provisioning, and infrastructure engineering. Further experience includes a role as Information Systems Intern, with responsibilities in clinical software administration and troubleshooting. Nathan began a career in hospitality at Millennium & Copthorne Hotels, excelling as a Sales & Marketing Coordinator and Front Office Supervisor, and previously worked in Concierge Services at Gaylord Entertainment. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Haslam College of Business, an Associate of Applied Science in Information Systems from Columbia State Community College, and a Bachelor of Science in Mass Communications from Middle Tennessee State University.
