Anjali Rani is an experienced inventory and supply chain professional, currently serving as an Inventory Coordinator at Cérélia North America since January 2023, with a focus on optimizing supply chain processes, inventory management, and vendor relations. Prior roles include Assistant Manager and Associate Coordinator at PepsiCo, where Anjali developed expertise in supply chain management, lean methodologies, and continuous improvement processes. Anjali began their career as a Student Researcher at Thapar Institute of Engineering & Technology, conducting significant research in biotechnology. Anjali holds a Master’s degree in Biotechnology and a Bachelor’s degree in Biotechnology, along with a recent completion of a Supply Chain Awareness Program at Humber College.
