Caroline Francisco is an accomplished leader in innovation and quality, currently serving as the VP of Innovation & Quality at Cérélia North America since June 2020, following a tenure as R&D QAFS Director for the same company. Before joining Cérélia, Caroline held the position of VP Innovation and Business Development at Catelli Foods Corporation from October 2014 to June 2020, and prior to that, served as VP Innovation & Business Development at Morrison Lamothe Inc. from May 2008 to September 2014. Caroline's academic credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Research and Development Management from the University of Rennes / Dinard.
