Olaf Schreiner has extensive experience in the field of speech recognition and human-machine interaction, with a career spanning over two decades. Beginning at T-Systems as a WWW/KM Engineer from July 1997 to March 2006, Olaf transitioned to Daimler as a Speech Recognition Engineer until March 2006. Following a brief tenure as a Scientist/Researcher at TU Berlin, Olaf worked at Harman/Becker Automotive Systems as a Speech Recognition Engineer from January 2007 to December 2009, and later at SVOX AG and Nuance Communications as a Senior Research Engineer. Olaf progressed to Principal Research Scientist at Nuance Communications from January 2012 to February 2016 and has held the same title at Cerence Inc. since October 2019. Olaf Schreiner earned a Diplom (MSc) from Georg-August-Universität Göttingen and a Dr. rer. nat. (PhD) from Universität Ulm.
