Emily Milich

Emily Milich has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Emily is currently working as a Sales Specialist at Ceres Nanosciences, Inc. Prior to this, Emily served as the Business Manager for the URI Student Entertainment Committee from September 2019 to May 2021. In this role, they were responsible for budgeting funds, maintaining public budgets, completing paperwork, and presenting annual budget proposals.

Emily also worked as a Microeconomics Teaching Assistant at the University of Rhode Island from May 2020 to December 2020. Emily collaborated with professors and other assistants to adapt course content to current events and created virtual presentations for over 100 students.

Additionally, Emily had a role as a URI 101 Mentor at the URI College of Business from September 2019 to November 2020. In this position, they facilitated classroom-style learning, created PowerPoint presentations, managed classroom materials, and graded assignments.

Emily gained experience as a Sales and Marketing Intern at Townsquare Media in 2019, where they sold space at a local radio station's annual Freedom Festival to local businesses.

Finally, Emily held two positions as a Junior Executive at the URI Student Entertainment Committee from January 2018 to May 2019. Emily served as the Advertising Manager for the Special Events committee and the Vice President of the Speakers committee, working on developing ads and promoting events.

Emily Milich attended the University of Rhode Island from 2017 to 2021, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing. In 2020, they also briefly studied at the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona, although it is unclear if they completed a degree or field of study there.
