Catherine Allan possesses extensive experience in customer experience and marketing, currently serving as Customer Experience & Optimisation Manager at Ceres Organics since February 2015, where prior roles included Customer Care Manager, Marketing Manager Global, and Brand Manager. Before joining Ceres Organics, Catherine worked at Heinz Wattie's as Product Manager and Category Analyst from February 2011 to January 2015, and held the position of Trade Marketing Executive at Hubbard Foods Ltd from February 2007 to January 2011. Catherine holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Marketing and a Bachelor of Consumer & Applied Science in Consumer Food Science, both obtained from the University of Otago between 1998 and 2001.
