Nicole Carter

Nicole Carter currently serves as the People & Safety Business Partner at Ceres Organics since August 2022. Prior experience includes the role of HR/H&S Advisor at Taylor Construction Group from June 2020 to September 2022 and serving as the National Leader of OSH & Quality Auditing at National Decorators Ltd from June 2019 to June 2020, where responsibilities included conducting health and safety audits across North Island worksites. Nicole holds a Bachelor's degree in Business/Human Resource Management & Employment Relations from Auckland University of Technology (2018-2020) and a Level 5 Certificate in Early Childhood Education from Nanny Centre NZ (2012).
