Chad Sharp

Chad Sharp is an experienced manufacturing professional with a robust background in engineering and management. Currently serving as Manufacturing Industrialisation Manager at Ceres Power since October 2018, Chad has previously held key positions, including Manufacturing Engineering Manager at Servomex from February 2012 to October 2018 and Head of Manufacturing Engineering at Ceres Power from November 2005 to February 2012, where leadership of multi-disciplined engineers took place. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Manufacturing Engineer at Edwards, leading a £5M NPI team, and a technician position at Carville Ltd. Chad Sharp holds a Master’s degree in Manufacturing Systems with Management and a Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering from Nottingham Trent University, complemented by a BTEC OND in Mechanical & Production Engineering from East Surrey College.
