Rachel Brazier

Rachel Brazier is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in various strategic roles. Currently serving as Senior People Partner at Ceres Power since January 2020, Rachel previously held the position of Strategic HR Project Lead & Senior HR Consultant at asb law from August 2015 to January 2020, where responsibility included HR strategy and consultancy. Prior experience includes roles at Martin Brokers Group, where Rachel was Head of Human Resources, and Mencap as Regional HR Manager. Additionally, Rachel functioned as a self-employed HR Consultant, providing management training and HR advisory services. Rachel holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Personnel Management from the University of Westminster and a BTEC HND in Hotel, Catering & Institutional Management from Leeds Metropolitan University.
