Steven Weber

Steven Weber currently serves as Business Development Director for North America at Ceres, focusing on establishing the brand and generating commercial contracts within the clean energy and green hydrogen sectors. Previously, at Johnson Controls, Steven developed structured Energy as a Service solutions to foster strategic partnerships with clients. As Vice President of Business Development at Covanta Energy, Steven led project teams to secure significant Independent Power Production deals and negotiated complex commercial agreements. Earlier roles included Vice President of DoD Programs at Tetra Tech EC, where Steven directed a team to secure contracts for Army and Air Force programs valued at over $500M. Steven holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Environmental Engineering from Stevens Institute of Technology and an MBA in International Business from Fairleigh Dickinson University.
