Irene Lascarides

Irene Lascarides has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Irene is currently working as a Research Manager, Sales Tax at CereTax since July 2021. Before that, they worked at Far Point Systems from April 2021 to July 2021 as a Tax Research Manager. From July 2019 to April 2021, Irene served as an Indirect Tax Analyst at Clark Associates, where they handled tax returns, managed tax exemption certificates, conducted research on indirect tax issues, and supported tax audit management.

Prior to that, Irene worked as a Junior Accounting Analyst at GI Supply from October 2018 to July 2019 and as a Reconciliation Specialist at Riviana Foods from June 2018 to October 2018. Irene also gained experience as a Tax Preparer/Accounting Internship at Smoker & Company from January 2018 to April 2018.

In addition to their professional experience, Irene was involved in the Lock Haven University of Pennsylvania CPA Prep Club from September 2016 to May 2018, where they gained knowledge and experience in pursuing their CPA certification. Irene also worked as an Accounting Intern at LINON HOME DÉCOR PRODUCTS, INC in December 2017.

Furthermore, Irene has demonstrated their dedication to volunteering by assisting in the Emergency Room at Lock Haven Hospital from March 2015 to May 2015. During this time, they shadowed/assisted nurses and patients, organized paperwork for doctors and nurses, and handled lab samples for laboratory testing.

Irene Lascarides earned a Master's degree in Taxation from the University of New Haven in 2021. Prior to that, they attended Lock Haven University of Pennsylvania from 2014 to 2018, where they studied Accounting. Irene's education history also includes obtaining their High school diploma from Ephrata High School between 2010 and 2014.
