Valentina Downey is a seasoned professional in the field of design and innovation with extensive experience spanning several decades. Currently serving as Principal at LAB.BRAINdesign since June 2005, Valentina Downey focuses on utilizing design methods to foster business innovation. Additionally, Valentina Downey holds adjunct professorships at Università degli Studi di Parma and Accademia LABA sede lab. Rovereto, and provides design training at Cerform. Valentina Downey has also contributed as an associate expert and strategic designer with CSIL Center for Industrial Studies, specializing in export strategy development for Bangladeshi furniture companies. Freelance work since 1994 includes collaboration with notable organizations such as Hortoitalia and Fontanot SPA.
