Susan Jacobs

Susan Jacobs is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business development and client services. Currently serving as a Senior Business Development Specialist and Trainer at Ceribell since June 2021, Susan previously held the position of Client Services, Marketing & Project Management Specialist at ALL-STATE LEGAL for over three decades. Additionally, Susan contributed to the Association of Legal Administrators (ALA) as a Business Partner Committee Member from 2016 to March 2020 and served as the Past President of the Metro NY Chapter of the Legal Marketing Association from January 2011 to January 2012. Susan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting, Management, and Marketing from Northeastern University.
