Gurmukh Oberoi

Gurmukh Oberoi currently serves as the Head of Corporate Development & Strategic Finance at CeriFi, starting in 2024, after holding the position of Board Member at GRD Institute of Management & Technology Official since 2023. With a robust background in strategic finance and mergers and acquisitions, Gurmukh previously held senior roles at Core Strengths and BlackLine, where significant transactions such as the acquisitions of Rimilia and FourQ were achieved. Gurmukh’s investment banking experience includes a tenure at Citi, focusing on technology, where notable deals worth over $10 billion were completed, including the KKR & CD&R buyout of Cloudera and the IPOs of Confluent and Snowflake. Additional experience includes investment banking at Houlihan Lokey and Morgan Stanley's Chief Investment Office. Gurmukh holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from the University of Southern California.
