Bruce Dougan-Sphr

Bruce Dougan-SPHR, SHRM-SCP has over 30 years of HR and operational experience in companies ranging from start-ups to Fortune 50. Bruce has held various roles throughout their career, including serving as the Vice President of Human Resources (HR), Safety, and Compliance at Transfreight from 2007 to 2009, and as the Director of Human Resources (HR) at Procter & Gamble from 2001 to 2006. Bruce has also worked as a Consultant and Vice President Human Resources (VP HR) at BWD Management Consulting, where they specialized in change management and worked with non-profit organizations. Currently, they are the Managing Director and Organization Development Practice Lead at Group50 Consulting, and they also worked as an Interim CHRO/CPO and Human Resources Vice President (HR VP) at Cerius Interim Executive Solutions. Additionally, they have served in interim roles at various other organizations, including California Cryobank, Jobar International, and Brault Practice Solutions.

Bruce Dougan-SPHR, SHRM-SCP completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Civil/Environmental Engineering from Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology between 1972 and 1976. In 2009, they obtained the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR®) Certification from HR Certification Institute - HRCI. Furthermore, in 2015, they obtained the SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certification from SHRM, as well as the Society of Human Resources Management - Senior Certified Professional certification.
