Knut Ellekjær

Knut Ellekjær has a diverse and extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Knut started their career at Stabburet AS in 1998 as a Product Development Director, where they worked until 2004. Knut then joined Stabburet A/S as a Production Director, holding the position until 2011. In 2011, they became the Director of SætreNorge/Country Manager at Sætre A/S, a role they held until 2012. From 2012 to 2013, they worked at Orkla Business Development/Commercial Excellence as the Director of Innovation & Product Development. Moving forward, they joined Orkla Confectionery & Snacks Norge AS in 2013 as the Director of Product Development, and they served in this role until 2017. Currently, they are the Managing Director / Adm dir at Cermaq Norway AS, a position they have held since 2017.

Knut Ellekjær completed their M.Sc. in Business Management at the Wisconsin School of Business from 1994 to 1996. Prior to that, from 1982 to 1987, they pursued an MSc in Food Industrial Economics/Food technology at the Norwegian University of Life Sciences (UMB).
