Kurnia Apriyani has a diverse work experience in various industries. Kurnia started their career in 2020 as a Data Analyst at PT. Humanika Bisnis Digital, where they were responsible for researching and categorizing job positions based on personality types. Kurnia also worked as a Restaurant Worker at Burger King Indonesia, serving customers as a cashier and resolving customer issues. In the same company, they also worked as a Social Marketer, providing a positive customer experience and registering sales on a cash register. Kurnia then joined Mitraniaga Cipta Solusi as an Administrative Worker, handling data administration and employee workload analysis. In 2021, they worked at PT. KIMIA FARMA, TBK as a Talent Management Assessment Centre, conducting tools and assisting in the development of guidelines for assessors and assessee. Kurnia later joined Zenius as a Telesales Trainer, where they defined and analyzed telesales needs and conducted training programs. Currently, they are working at Cermati.com as an Operations Trainer.
