Yovita Laurenzia

Yovita Laurenzia has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Yovita began their career as a Teaching Assistant for Advance Operation Management and Quantitative Method at Universitas Padjadjaran in 2014. Yovita then worked as a Research Assistant at the Laboratory Management Faculty of Economics Padjadjaran University from 2014 to 2015.

In 2015, Yovita joined PT HM Sampoerna Tbk., where they served as a Human Resource Graduate Trainee. During this time, they gained knowledge in various HR functions and completed projects related to HR. Yovita also briefly worked as a Supervisor for Consumer Engagement.

Following their time at PT HM Sampoerna Tbk., Yovita interned at L'Oréal as a Recruitment Intern from February 2015 to September 2015.

From 2017 to 2018, Yovita joined Shopee, a fast-growing e-commerce platform, as a Senior Associate in HR Business Development. Yovita contributed to ongoing product optimization and localized user-centered strategies. Prior to this role, they worked as an Associate in HR Business Development.

Since 2018, Yovita has been working at Cermati.com, a technology startup in the Indonesian financial technology industry. Yovita has held various positions, including Senior Human Resource Business Partner, Senior Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding Manager, Talent Acquisition Manager, Talent Acquisition Team Lead, and Senior Talent Acquisition.

Overall, Yovita Laurenzia has gained extensive experience in HR functions, recruitment, talent acquisition, and business development in both startup and corporate environments.

Yovita Laurenzia completed their Bachelor of Economics degree in Management at Universitas Padjadjaran from 2011 to 2015. In July 2021, they obtained a certification in Human Resource Management from Badan Nasional Sertifikasi Profesi, becoming a Certified Human Resource Manager (CHRM).
